About the festival

The festival started last year as a bit of a knees up for the locals and rapidly grew into an eclectic mix of wonderful performers who all willingly give their time for free.

This year is no exception and the festival is on track to grow and get bigger year on year.

As long as we can keep this a free festival all proceeds will be donated to charities so everyone can enjoy a fabulous weekend and do a bit of good for the local community and nationally.

We hope you enjoy the weekend with us in the beautiful Romney Marsh and look forward to seeing you all in years to come.

On a personal note we would like to express our gratitude, admiration and heartfelt thanks to all the performers for giving their time and talent, the children's entertainer and her helpers, the guys running the singarounds and all the staff at the Star Inn for working so hard to make this festival a success. We would also like to thank, in the same way, all the locals and helpers and supporters of the festival. A lot of work has gone into organising and setting this up, most of the people involved do so quietly and in the background. They are the backbone of the whole Weekend, we love and respect you all.

All that remains to say is, have a great and safe weekend, look forward to seeing you there.
